401, QEW Niagara Accommodations for Humans: Two ensuites with queen size beds and 1 ensuite with a double bed. Accommodations for Equines: Three stalls: 2 are 12x12 and the other is 10x12. Local attractions that might interest trail riders: Wine tours, Shaw Festival. Two riding trails: one along the Welland canal and one along the old railway line running from St. David's to Niagara-on-the-lake. Anything else of interest!: Niagara Falls, of course! Shopping in Niagara-on-the-lake, antique car tours, buggy rides through Niagara-on-the-lake and loads of history, history, history! Specific Directions: Take the QEW Niagara, over the St. Catharines Skyway. Take the 2nd Exit, called Glendale Ave. North. Turn right and go back over the QEW. At the 2nd set of traffic lights, York Road, turn right and go about 5km. Just after the 50 km an hour sign, turn right onto Tanbark Road. Go one short block to Warner Road and turn left. Just before the end you will pass a white fence on the right and then see the driveway which leads to the green barn. From Fort Erie: Take the QEW to the Mountain Road exit. Turn right and drive to the first set of traffic lights. Turn left, and go down the hill (you are now on Four Mile Creek Rd), go to Warner Road, which is the 4th road after the underpass. Turn left. Our home is on the corner of Warner and Four Mile Creek Road. Turn left into the driveway. This facility CAN usually take travellers with horses with next to little notice in case of emergencies. Horses alone would probably be able to stay at any time.
