Bed and Breakfast

Welcome to Rustic Remnants B&B located in beautiful Renfrew County, the largest county in all of Ontario.  Just under an hour west of Ottawa, Renfrew is a great place to visit for recreational activities, to shop, or to stop over for a rest if you're travelling with your horse.

We purchased this 100 acre farm in 2001 and as of 2008 are now offering bed and breakfast facilities, as well as bed and bale facilities for equine enthusiasts. We have 2 guest rooms for you to choose from and a gift shop that displays the work of Pat Forrest as well as consignment work from art students from one of the local high schools, Renfrew Collegiate Institute.  For further information about our rooms, please check out our Accommodations for Our Guests page.

If you are travelling in or through the Ottawa Valley (Eastern Ontario) and are looking to stay in a country setting with a warm and cozy atmosphere, then the Rustic Remnants B&B is where you want to be. The property consists of maple bush, evergreen stands, ponds, creeks, paddocks, pasture, and hayfields. There are many hiking trails throughout the property for walking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, or riding your horse.You will even find a few friendly horses of our own roaming the fields.
