Giddy Up for Wishes is about dreams - the dreams of Martha Birkett and the dreams of children with life-threatening illnesses.

Martha left Ottawa from the Nepean Sportsplex, on horseback, on March 30, 2008 and is riding 3500 km along the Trans Canada Highway to Alberta. She will arrive in time for the Calgary Stampede. Her goal is to raise money and awareness for the Children's Wish Foundation.

Alder Creek Farm is pround to have helped Martha on her journey by providing stalls for her 4 horses on March 31st - day 2 of her very long journey!  Best wishes Martha - our thoughts will be with you until you reach your destination in July.
